Hebron VFD is one of four fire departments found in District 1 of the Jones County Volunteer Fire Service. Hebron VFD services an area of ?? square miles, which can be found on the map below.

First established in 1983, Hebron VFD now employees 14 volunteer firefighters, both men and women, of all ages. The ?? bay station houses a ?? Engine, a ?? Tanker, a ?? Rescue, and a ?? Brush truck.

Hebron currently enlists the assistance of ?? Firefighter 1 certified volunteers and ?? certified Emergency Medical Responders.

Fully equipped to handle structure fires, brush fires and vehicle accidents, Hebron Volunteer Fire Department is dedicated to their community.

Hebron VFD is currently filling all positions, including firefighters, Emergency Medical Responders and Support personnel. Hebron VFD also requires all applicants to possess transportation, insurance on the vehicle, a valid driver's license, a drug test if seen fit, and must be at least 18 years old.

As with all of the Jones County Volunteer Fire Departments, more dedicated individuals are encouraged and invited to become a member of Hebron Volunteer Fire Department.
